gracioDelete your Gracio account
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Gracio and go to Me.
- Tap Help & safety → Delete account.
- Confirm with the code we send to your phone or email.
If you have Gracio Plus, deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it first in Me → Subscription (or in your App Store / Google Play settings).
Option 2: Without the app
Email privacy@gracio.app from the email you signed up with, or include the mobile number on your account. We'll send a confirmation code to verify it's you and then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, phone or email, sign-in links)
- Prayer routines, intentions and journal, Bible highlights, bookmarks and notes, novena and reading-plan progress, prayer history
- Prayer Lock settings and history
- Messages, reactions and files you posted in groups
- Push tokens and device records
What is kept, and for how long

Data stored only on your phone (such as your examination of conscience and the Prayer Lock app list) is removed when you uninstall Gracio.
