Effective [launch date] · Last updated 4 October 2026

Draft for legal review. Replace every [bracketed] item before launch.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Gracio"). By using the Gracio apps or website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Who can use Gracio

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have your parent's or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. What Gracio is

Gracio is a tool to help you pray: readings, the Bible, devotions, routines, Prayer Lock and prayer groups. Reflections are for personal devotion. They are not official Church teaching unless stated, and they don't replace the sacraments, your parish, or professional medical, psychological or legal help.

4. Prayer Lock

5. Subscriptions (Gracio Plus)

6. Your content

You own what you write and upload, including intentions, messages and files. You give Gracio a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide the service (for example, showing your message to your group). You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload, such as song recordings, PDFs and photos.

7. Community rules

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them. Child sexual abuse material and exploitation are never tolerated and are reported to authorities (see Child Safety Standards).

8. Our content

Readings, translations, prayers, audio and design in Gracio are owned by Gracio or licensed from their owners, such as Bible publishers. They are credited in the app. You may use them for personal, non-commercial prayer and may share single verses using the in-app Share feature.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. We will try to warn you first unless that's unsafe or unlawful.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Gracio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other laws that can't be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of [city], without prejudice to consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
